A new School and University Campus

In addition to the already existing schools, ranging from pre to high school options, a New Islands Brygge School for middle school pupils, with a special focus on wellbeing and sensorial education has been built. Also, we can find the Diamond Library, and architectonical highlight in the neighborhood, together with the Copenhagen University Campus.

Shopping, Arts & Culture

The neighbourhood of Islands Brygge hosts around 350 events annually, including drama, concerts, dance, communal dinners, flea markets and everything in between. Some of the arts and culture highlights in the area are the Koncerthuset (The Concert Hall) and the Copenhagen Casino.

Tasty and trendy cafés and dining spots

A-HOUSE is surrounded by excellent cafes and brunch spots, Italian and sushi restaurants, as well as take-away pizza right on the ground floor. But there are many other great spots to discover all around the neighborhood if one is ready to explore.

High quality grocery shopping options

The Supermarket is right on the ground floor. With a wide selection of goods and excellent service, it’s our tenant’s preferred grocery shopping option in the area. There are many more alternatives just across the street, as well as bakeries, cafés, and wine cellars.
